Hi all

I rececently bought an existing property(House). This is a joint-bond with my girlfriend, and my bank account is being debited every month for the repayments. We both went to make enquiries about water & electricity @ our local office and we found that the property is only registered under my name as i was the main application she was just helping me out to get the bond. so my question was, can she go to the deeds office to change the title deeds to be under both our names without my approval? Does she have that power to change the title deeds.
