| Sectional Title Property > Places in South Africa > Gauteng > Johannesburg The Residential Sectional Title Owners Association, or RESTOA, is a non-political, non-profit association, which was formed to represent all owners of Residential Sectional Title in South Africa.
The Residential Sectional Title Owners Association will work through the respective Bodies Corporate to promote and defend sectional title property owners’ interests, as defined in the Sectional Title Act 95 of 1986.
RESTOA is run by an elected, dedicated committee of Sectional Title owners.
The Residential Sectional Title Owners Association advises and supports sectional title Bodies Corporate on any issue covered by the Sectional Title Act. RESTOA will also support all bodies corporate in their efforts to improve Local Governance administration.
Member of RESTOA costs just one Rand a month, per sectional title unit, if all the owners in a complex join RESTOA at the same small cost contribution.
