The Legal Resources Centre is committed to ensuring that the principles, rights, and responsibilities enshrined in our national Constitution are respected, promoted, protected, and fulfilled, to building respect for the rule of law and constitutional democracy, to enabling the vulnerable and marginalised to assert and develop their rights, to promoting gender and racial equality and opposing all forms of unfair discrimination, to contributing to the development of a human rights jurisprudence, and to contribute to the social and economic transformation of society. |
