Why Use RealFact?

How to use RealFact.net

The Realfact website is aimed at getting South Africa to inform and educate itself about real estate in South Africa.

Property Owners

If you are a South African property owner, Realfact is the place to find answers to your questions. The RealFact website is a community of South African real estate professionals and property owners in South Africa. RealFact and its independent members are committed to provide the much needed real estate information and education South Africans are yearning for.

If you have a specific question about a property conundrum, members here at the RealFact website may be able to shed some light. Yes, you read that right. You can request the real estate information you need! Remember that this is a general real estate information website, though.

RealFact wants to provide South Africans with as much information about real estate in South Africa as possible. But the information you get here is not a substitute for a consultation with your local real estate professional. Some things just cannot be done on the Internet. There are certain details to any situation that may only be revealed by a real estate professional in an in-depth consultation.

Real Estate Professionals

If you are a South African real state professional, such as a transferring attorney, real estate agent, interior decorator, builder, architect, town planner, landscaper, or practice any off the many real estate related professions in South Africa, this is a website were you can share some of your hard earned knowledge and experience with South Africans from all walks of life.

In appreciation, every content contribution you make to the RealFact website will be accompanied by a short introduction, as well as a hyperlink to your chosen website. It may not be a monetary reward, but links such as this are invaluable in promoting your website.

Real estate professionals in South Africa have a golden opportunity in the RealFact website, to lift the image of the real estate professions, and to strike a blow against misinformation and myths that have spread to many South Africans, because of a lack of freely available real estate facts.

Publishers

If you are a publisher, whether in the electronic or traditional media, we invite you to publish articles from the RealFact website. RealFact articles are made available to anyone for publishing, under a Limited Public License. It will cost you nothing for the right to publish and distribute the information available on the RealFact website! All we ask in return, is that every article or part thereof be credited to the RealFact website and the author.

We see your publication of RealFact articles as a service to the South African community, and would like to thank you in advance, for helping to spread the word.

Also feel free to contribute articles you have produced for publication on the RealFact website. If it is informative, we would appreciate the chance to make it available to visitors to the RealFact website.

An Invitation

We invite you to explore the RealFact website, and let us know what you think. Realfact is still very young, so feedback is invaluable to us. The software used for the RealFact website has been written especially for RealFact. As you probably know from experience, controlled testing does not reveal all the "bugs", so we'd appreciate it if you could let us know about any problems you might experience.

Suggestions on improving our window on South African real state will always be welcome!
