Dear Sir/Madam, We have 4 farms in Elandskraal - KwaZulu Natal which we bought to start a Youth Crisis Mission together with our church. The church has pulled out and we are looking to either sell this property for R2,500,000 or if we can get investors who are interested in starting up a holiday resort or game/hunting facility etc. The one farm has a homestead consisting of 7 beds, lounge, dining with fireplace, kitchen, pantry etc and is fully alarmed with electric fence. The house has historical significance since it was built in 1882 and was used as a mission house during the Zulu/Brit War. We have 240 species of birdlife, waterfalls (one is 60ft), 5kms of the Buffalo River, plenty trees and mountains etc. This property has so much potential! We still owe the previous owner R450,000 and need to sell urgently, so the price can be negotiated or if the investor wants to pay the debt for us, they can make us an offer.
