Brick suggests a new sub-category named Property Valuation for the Living With Real Estate category.

Our property values are an integral part of living with real estate in South Africa. I figure that property valuation deserves a category of its own, albeit a sub-category in the Living With Real Estate main category.

A property valuation category will also allow property valuers to add their websites in an appropriate section of the real estate directory here at RealFact.net.

I really think that this is a natural development of the category structure. But I might be wrong, so please post your comments?

Brick is horribly rectangular and he is hard to the core, but his ideas are extremely simple and solid.

Good suggestion

I think that this is a great suggestion, but I think that the Property Valuation cat should be added in the buying and selling real estate category.

Adding a property valuation cat would mean that we have to consider an "estate agents" cat as well.

I think the current cat structure is great and that you guys are making this website too complicated.

I think Brick's suggestion is a good one. There are far too few articles on Property Valuations here (if there are any). A dedicated category might get the articles rolling in.

I have to dissagree with the argument you raise, though. Property valuation articles fit in more than one of the existing categories. So members can already post their articles on the subject.
