Annoying tenants

"Man, those new tenants upstairs are very very noisy and annoying!", complained the one tenant to the landlord.

"Last night they stomped and banged on the floor again until the early hours of the morning."

"Did they wake you?" asked the landlord.

"No", replied the tenant. "Luckily, I was up until late practising on my new drum set."
